If someone only manage to raise their fitness level to a level of a professional athlete days after the annual?

athletics meeting (London grand prix) but before the iaaf world championships 2009, would it be possible to book someone to a plane to berlin for this year’s iaaf world championships in athletics before it happens like if you’ve only broken world records for 100m, 200m, 400m like 2 days after the london grand prix?

Sorry there was no more space at the top.

Is possible for that to actually happen because I don’t think I’ll break the world record until 2 days after the 25th of July and I’m 15 years, 4 months and 13 days.

You won’t break any world records. That’s impossible. No 15 year old has ever broken a world record…EVER. And if you were capable of doing it right now, you would be known by every track expert that searches for talent. And you would have won national championships for high school competition.
