Do I have Wrath of the Lich King to get to level 80?

… Or I can get to level 80 with the original and only cross burning?

You can only reach level 60 with the original. Level 70 with The Burning Crusade. Level 80 with the Lich King. So you need the Lich King if you want to reach the level 80.
