Fallout 3 compared to Oblivion?
In Oblivion you get a horse to go faster, there is an arena, and you can increase your skills just without leveling up. In Fallout 3 so I have not received anything that helps me travel quickly and did not find any arena or good thing Oblivion had. I try to work on my lockpicking address but it does not, it does when I level up … Why?!?! Where can I find these things? Thank you!
